For language support... (for Windows XP)

Go to "Control Panel" and select 'Regional and Language Options'.

In the section marked 'Languages', find "Details" and select.

In "Text Services and Input Languages" , find "Add" and select.

In "Add Input Language" ,select "Turkish" from "Input Laguages" select box
and also select "Turkish Q" from "Keyboard Layout" and click "OK".

In "Text Services and Input Languages" , select "Turkish - Turkish Q" from select box and click "Apply".
